Your agreement with Fledge.

Fledge ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Techplanner X Innovation Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, in India.

By creating an account or using Fledge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the child(ren) whose profiles you create.
• You must provide accurate information.
• Fledge is currently designed for families in India, though anyone with internet access can sign up.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Don't share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Premium supports up to 2 children by default; additional children can be added via add-ons, up to 5 total.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Fledge for any illegal purpose.
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for a parenting platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI system.
• Impersonate another person or create fake child profiles.
• Overload the service with automated requests.
• Use the platform to harass consultants or other users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6.1 Free tier

• 1 child profile
• 1 AI-generated activity plan per month
• 3 AI advisor chats per week
• Weekly check-ins, milestone tracking, consultant browsing

6.2 Basic tier (₹499/month or ₹3,999/year)

• 1 child profile
• 3 AI-generated activity plans per month
• 15 AI advisor chats per week
• Feedback insights, 2 PDF exports/month, consultant booking

6.3 Premium tier (₹999/month or ₹7,999/year)

• Up to 2 child profiles
• 10 AI activity plans per month
• 30 AI advisor chats per week
• Feedback insights, 5 PDF exports/month, priority consultant booking, co-parent access
• Additional child add-ons at ₹199/month each, up to 5 children total

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Fledge does not guarantee that AI-generated plans or advice will be suitable for every child. You are the best judge of what works for your family. Use AI suggestions as inspiration, not instructions.

• Fledge lists verified child development consultants as a directory service.
• Any booking is a direct arrangement between you and the consultant.
• Fledge is not responsible for the consultation content, outcomes, or advice given by consultants.
• Fledge may charge a service fee (commission) on bookings — clearly disclosed at checkout.

You retain all rights to the information and photos you upload. By using Fledge, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service to you. We never use your content to train AI models, sell, or share with third parties beyond what's described in the Privacy Policy.

Fledge's brand, software, design, and AI prompts are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

• You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Fledge is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on AI suggestions or consultant advice.
• Medical, psychological, or developmental outcomes for your child.
• Service interruptions or data loss (though we work hard to prevent both).
• Third-party content or consultant services.

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fledge in the past 12 months, or ₹1,000 (whichever is greater).

We aim to keep Fledge available 24×7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, dependency outages (e.g. the underlying AI provider), or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. Paid-tier users experiencing prolonged outage (24+ hours in a billing period) can request a pro-rated credit by emailing support.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@fledge.co.in with details of the dispute. We commit to good-faith discussion within 15 business days.

If we can't resolve it, any unresolved dispute will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed. The seat and venue of arbitration is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and the language is English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from the competent courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction.

Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, war, pandemic, government action, internet or power outages, or failures of upstream service providers.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified via email or in-app at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
