In plain words: Free tier is free forever. Premium can be cancelled anytime. Refunds for premium within 7 days if you're unhappy. Consultant bookings follow the consultant's own policy.
1. Free tier
The free tier is free forever. No credit card required. No charges, ever. You can use Fledge's free features for as long as you like.
2. Paid subscriptions (Basic ₹499/mo, Premium ₹999/mo)
2.1 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription.
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No cancellation fees.
- You can resubscribe anytime.
2.2 Refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription, email us for a full refund.
- After 7 days: No refunds for partial months, but cancellation stops future billing.
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of purchase, minus any free-trial or discount value consumed.
- Account suspension for policy violation: No refunds.
- Accidental double-charge: Full refund of the duplicate payment, processed within 5 business days of our confirming the duplicate.
2.3 Child add-ons (₹199/month each)
Premium users can purchase extra child slots as monthly add-ons.
- Cancel an add-on anytime from the billing page; access continues until the current 30-day period ends.
- Refunds for add-ons follow the same 7-day window — request within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No pro-rated refunds after that.
- Add-ons automatically stop billing when your underlying Premium subscription expires or is cancelled.
2.4 How to request a refund
Email support@fledge.co.in with:
- The email address associated with your Fledge account
- Date of purchase
- Whether the refund is for a subscription or a child add-on
- Reason (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit the amount back to your account.
3. Consultant sessions
Consultant bookings are direct arrangements between you and the consultant. Refund policies for consultations vary by consultant:
- Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Full refund (standard).
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: Partial refund or no refund, depending on consultant policy (shown before booking).
- No-shows: No refund, unless agreed otherwise with the consultant.
- Consultant cancellation: Full refund, plus we'll help you find another consultant.
- Technical issues on our end (video session failure): Full refund or free reschedule.
Fledge charges a small service fee on consultant bookings (disclosed at checkout). Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of consultant no-show or technical failure on our end.
4. PDF exports & digital products
PDF exports are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded.
5. Dispute resolution
If you're unhappy with a refund decision:
- Reply to our support email with your concern.
- We'll escalate to our team for review within 5 business days.
- If unresolved, you may contact your bank or payment provider for chargeback rights.
6. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. Fledge does not store your card or bank details. Cashfree's terms apply to payment processing.
7. Taxes (GST)
All prices on Fledge are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Refunds include the GST component paid. For invoices or GST-related questions, email support@fledge.co.in.
8. Price changes
We may update subscription or add-on pricing occasionally. Active subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance; the new price takes effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before renewal if you don't wish to continue at the updated price.
